On the same day the nation will watch the second inauguration of the first African-American President, the nation will also pay tribute to Doctor Martin Luther King Junior. Friday Jacksonville held its annual MLK Breakfast. The keynote speaker was former Atlanta mayor and former UN Ambassador Andrew Young.
