Black Boxes In Automobiles

VIDEO: You've heard of Black Boxes in Planes .... devices that provide important information about what was going on BEFORE a crash. You may be surprised to learn there are now black boxes in many of our cars which do the exact same thing. The government is proposing new rules that would REQUIRE them in every, single new vehicle.
