City Council and the Human Rights Commission

VIDEO: It is no longer an emergency proposal .. but City Council this evening is still going to take a look at shrinking the size of the city's human rights commission from 20 members, to 11 members. The issue is still on the table, but won't be voted on Tuesday night.
