3 3 It's now been more than four months since the murders of two local teenagers...and there have still been no arrests. On August 10th, Jazmine Shelton and Megan Simmons were shot and killed at Shelton's home on Missouri Avenue---It's in the Biltmore area of Northwest Jacksonville. This morning, Simmons' friends and family gathered at her gravesite, to place her headstone.
