Hinson Defense looking into evidence

William Pettry's throat was cut inside Finn McCool's. Prosecutors says Matthew Hinson was upset when he saw Pettry talking with his wife. The Defense is looking into its own evidence about Hinson's arrest and whether he was provoked.
