VIDEO: Much of the Northeast has been hit with a winter storm that is adding more pain to a region still reeling from one of the worst hurricanes on record. Now a late-arriving winter has left them without a place to stay... in the brutal cold. But help is on the way... and it's coming from a St. Augustine man with ties to the area... and his mission to help those left out in the cold.
