Overland Bridge Project starts in 3 weeks

The Florida Department of Transportation is calling it the most expensive project they've had in Northeast Florida. The project is replacing a 2-mile section of Interstate 95, stemming from the Fuller Warren Bridge, to just north of Emerson.
