St. Augustine man killed in hit-and-run

Police say witnesses saw 49 year-old Christian Schroom laying in the middle of Anastasia Boulevard near Arredondo Avenue with a bicycle. Those witnesses say a car then ran over him without stopping. Police are still searching for the suspect.
