Technician/Operating Technician

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, running on-air master control, setting up program and commercial recordings through video servers, checking the technical quality and preparing those recordings for broadcast, as well as, coordinate and tune in multiple satellite and microwave feeds. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of a broadcast environment and a mid-level understanding of a non-linear video workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: The candidate must have excellent learning skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in stressful situations. An in-depth understanding of a PC based computer network is required. Excellent record keeping and attention to details is a must. This position will be required to work various shifts including nights and/or weekends.
