JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – San Marco residents and developers are providing details of the long-awaited East San Marco development, according to the Jacksonville Business Journal.
The Business Journal reports the updated plans include a Publix grocery store, space for other retail shops, but fewer than in the original plans. But the project includes more residential units, with at least 200 apartments and 30 town homes and an enclosed pool deck.

According to the Business Journal, to move forward, the developers will need a change to the planned unit development to accommodate more residential units than previously planned and a land-use change.
