What to buy, what to skip in February

February may be our shortest month of the year, but it's certainly not lacking when it comes to savings. This month you'll find deals on several necessities, but there are also things you shouldn't take to the checkout counter!

Thanks to Valentine's Day, some things are in high demand during the first two weeks of February. However, that doesn't mean you should have to pass them up. It just means you need to look for coupons and sales.
