JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Florida State College at Jacksonville's new leader will begin Tuesday.
The FSCJ board appointed Doctor Willis Holcombe as the school's interim president in December.

Holcombe spent 17 years as president of Broward Community College. He also served as chancellor of the Florida College System for four years.
Holcombe is taking Steve Wallace's place. Two audits showed misuse of funds under his leadership.
