Body of homeless man found in Pensacola Bay
PENSACOLA, Fla. (AP) — Police say the body of a homeless man was found floating in Pensacola Bay.
Pensacola police spokesman Rodney Eagerton says a fisherman spotted the body about 2 p.m. Saturday. He says authorities say the body had probably been in the water less than 24 hours.
The Pensacola News Journal (http://on.pnj.com/xBnKlK ) reports the victim is believed to be between 40 and 50 years old. They say the man does not have a permanent address.
Authorities say the body was taken to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
