Country music star Kenny Chesney will perform at an impromptu concert Friday night in Jacksonville Beach.
Chesney will sing at 9 p.m. at Freebird Live at the corner of First Street North and First Avenue North. Doors open at 8 p.m.
Tickets went on sale for $15 each at 10 a.m. Friday for the full-band concert, and they were sold out online within the hour.
The show is for those 21 and up.
Chesney announced the concert on his Twitter account Thursday evening.
He starts his 2013 tour next week in Houston.
