Wednesday was court day for Lindsay Lohan, but it was also a cause for celebration: her dad Michael Lohan welcomed a baby boy with Kate Major, CNN's confirmed.

Us Weekly and TMZ report that Major gave birth in a Florida hospital, and welcomed the new addition around 2:39 p.m. ET. His name is Landon Major Lohan, and he weighed in at seven pounds, five ounces.

The new parents, who were once engaged, announced that they were expecting in July.

Landon is the sixth child for Michael Lohan. In addition to 26-year-old Lindsay, he had Michael, Ali and Cody with his ex-wife Dina, and also has another daughter from a past encounter.

Michael Lohan Sr. was reportedly with Major the entire time during the delivery, and is said to have cut the umbilical cord. A rep has said that both mom and baby are "doing great."
