Miley Cyrus' new tattoo might surprise you
New ink reportedly quotes President Theodore Roosevelt
There's some fresh ink scrawled about a few inches north of the shiny sparkler that sits on Miley Cyrus' ring finger.
The three lines of cursive that makeup the "LOL" star's new forearm tattoo, according to Us Weekly, quote President Theodore Roosevelt.
"So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat," the tattoo reportedly reads.
Among Cyrus' many tattoos (she's rumored to have 15) is a dream catcher on her ribcage, a heart on her pinky finger and a skull on her ankle. (Fiancé Liam Hemsworth reportedly has a skull tattooed on his ankle, too. How precious.)
In 2010, Cyrus told Harper's Bazaar about her first tattoo, "Just breathe," which is etched below her heart in memory of her friend and both of her grandfathers.
"It really doesn't hurt if you're thinking about the meaning," she said. "I could never get a meaningless tattoo, but I think that if you're doing something that's important, that's significant in your life, it takes some of the pain away."
