RECIPE: Linda Weeks' Easy Gingerbread Dough

Ingredients:
- 1 box "Spice Cake" mix
- 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup molasses
- Raisins for eyes & buttons
Directions:
- Mix ingredients together
- Add wet ingredients & stir with sturdy spoon until well blended
- Chill covered at least 4 hours or overnight
- Roll out between wax paper sheets- 1/4 inch thick
- Remove top sheet - cut out shapes
- Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment
- Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 7-10 minutes, until center puff up a bit & sink back
- Cool completely
