Most people would say doing their taxes can be a headache. That’s why the Real Sense Prosperity Campaign along with the Internal Revenue Service is hosting a “Super Saturday."

It is a special tax assistance day which will feature free income tax preparations, electronic filing, special assistance with tax-related issues, and other events.

There will be a variety of seminars including how to stretch your household budget and what to do if the IRS audits you.

This event will be held at the Gateway Worksource location on Norwood Avenue from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  

Twenty-two additional locations will be open in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns Counties. To find a location, visit realsensejax.org or call the United Way at 904-632-0600.

Taxpayers who want to participate should bring a photo ID, Social Security cards for self, spouse, or dependants, copies of all W2s, 1099s, and routing and account number for deposits. If a couple is filling jointly, both spouses must be present.
