BRIO roasted red pepper & mozzarella bruschetta

6 slices Ciabatta Bread
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 each Roasted Red Pepper pieces
6 slices Mozzarella, fresh
1 pinch Salt and Pepper Mix
Drizzle Balsamic Glaze
6 each Basil Leaves
1 Tbsp Reggiano Cheese, shaved
Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 turns Black Pepper, fresh ground

On a small sheet pan, place bread, brush with oil. Place in 350 degree oven and toast until golden brown. Top with peppers, mozzarella and salt and pepper. Place in oven and heat until cheese is melted. Place bruschetta pieces on a plate. Drizzle each piece with 2 stripes of balsamic glaze. Garnish with basil, Reggiano, olive oil and black pepper.
