Haven Hospice is hosting a caregiver’s support group on Monday. It will be held at the Custead Care Center in Orange Park off Blanding Boulevard. Spanish Wine and Food Festival
You can take part in the inaugural St. Augustine Spanish Wine and Food Festival. It will begin Wednesday and run through Saturday. This is the first in a series of events to honor St. Augustine’s Spanish roots. Proceeds from this event will help Children’s Museum of St. Johns, Alzheimer’s Project of St. Johns County Council on Aging and a new program aimed at educating homeless students in the culinary art. The first event will take place Wednesday at the Tasting Room. The second event will be held Thursday at Rhett’s Piano Bar and Brasserie. Friday’s event will be held at River House for an evening of Spanish music, dancing and dinner. First Wednesday Art Walk

First Coast Classic Ballroom and Latin Dance Championship
Get your dancing shoes on for the 22nd annual First Coast Classic Dancesport Championship. It will be held at the Renaissance World Golf Village in St. Augustine beginning Thursday. Big Orange Men’s Chorus Auditions

Florida Surfing Championship
You can see some of the best surfers in the nation at work during the Florida Surfing Championship beginning Thursday in Jacksonville Beach. There will be a stand up Paddleboard series and a skateboarding feature. In addition to surfing activities, there will be a surf-inspired art show, kidzone, 5K race benefiting the Donna Deegan Foundation and the U.S. Surfing Foundation.
Home Buying Seminar
Get your questions answered about home buying during a seminar on Thursday. It will be held at the University Center on UNF Campus. It will begin at 6:30 p.m. Experts on various aspects of home buying will be there to answer any question you may have about buying a home.

Artober Fest
Artober Fest will be held during the First Friday Artwalk in St. Augustine on Friday. Jewelry, mosaic creations, pottery, and other art will be on display at Amiro Art and Found. Stroll down Aviles Street. Artober Fest begins at 5 p.m.

Riverside Arts Market

Filipino Pride Celebration
The Filipino Pride Celebration will take place Saturday at the Jacksonville Landing. There will be live music, traditional dress and dance and plenty of fun. It will take place beginning at 11 a.m. The event is free and open to the public.
Jacksonville Bullies

The Wailers
One of the most successful reggae bands of all time will be performing in Jacksonville on Saturday. The Wailers will be performing during the U.S Surfing Championship at the Seawalk Pavilion at Jacksonville Beach. The show begins at 8 p.m. and it is free.

Paramedic Competition
Volunteers are needed for the Paramedic Competition in Flagler County on Saturday. Twenty teams from around the country will be participating in a 24-hour competition beginning at 10 a.m. Volunteers should have a minimal amount of medical background or currently enrolled in medical training. Miracles Gala
The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation will host its 12th annual Miracles Gala on Saturday. It will be held at the Sawgrass Marriott oin Ponte Vedra. There will be a “Derby after Dark” theme. Novel-Writing Workshop
Writers can get some tips from novelist, short-story writer, and creative writing professor John Dufresne on Saturday. He will hold a one-day workshop in Flagler College’s Kenan Hall. Pink Up The Pace

There will be an expo and packet pickup on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Ponce De Leon Mall. This event will feature booths about breast cancer awareness, silent auction and raffle. Full of Bull Redfish Tournament
