Florida Country Superfest announced Thursday that Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, Florida Georgia Line, Little Big Town, Big and Rich, Easton Corbin, Colt Ford and Joe Nichols will rock Jacksonville's EverBank Field on June 14 and 15 in the inaugural edition of the megafest.
For two days and nights, Jacksonville will become the epicenter of country music as fans from around the nation converge on the city for performances by many of the most popular artists in American music. EverBank Field will be redesigned to include an enormous rock-n-roll-styled stage at one end with thousands of seats positioned on the field, creating a rare stadium festival experience.
Festival-goers should plan to arrive early for the official Florida Country Superfest Fan Fest and Tailgate Party located directly outside EverBank Field, featuring a country music stage, artist meet and greets, festive food, and much more.
"Offering a tailgating environment akin to the atmosphere surrounding the annual Florida-Georgia gridiron battle, the Country Superfest, with its spirit of celebration, promises to send everybody home a winner," a news release reads.
Opening night will feature country superstar Jason Aldean, joined by Album of the Year winner, Eric Church, along with chart-topping Little Big Town, legendary Big and Rich with Cowboy Troy plus Colt Ford.
Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan headlines night two of the Superfest, along with the Fastest Girl in Town, Miranda Lambert, the aptly named Florida Georgia Line, Easton Corbin and Joe Nichols.
Quint Davis, producer/director of the Florida Country Superfest said, "The Florida Country Superfest brings a major new American music festival to Jacksonville, adding to the region's world-famous blend of sunshine and All-American fun. Two nights of mega-concerts featuring today's hottest country superstars will rock EverBank Field, plus an all-weekend long tailgate, boating on the St. Johns River, and a free Fan Fest outside the stadium.
"With Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Florida Georgia Line, Eric Church and many more, Jacksonville will be home to not just a country fest, but truly a Country Superfest that all of Florida will be proud of. We are grateful to the leadership of Jacksonville, the Jaguars, and SMG, the managers of EverBank Field, for welcoming this world class festival. We can't wait."
