Friday Night Live Music Festival continues in Hemming Park

Music Festival runs every Friday night through Oct. 7

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The fourth year of the Friday Night Live Music Festival, which brings diverse communities together to celebrate local music, arts, culture and community, continues every Friday night through October 7 at Hemming Park

In its third week, FNL showcased artists with Latin, reggae, pop, saxophone and R&B influences. FNL encourages attendees to vote for their favorite bands. A winner is announced each night, and weekly prizes include studio time with professional studio engineer B. Ryce, a live performance on "River City Live" and a chance to win a grand prize of $1,000.

The event also features the  FNL Gives Back silent auction. Proceeds from the auction benefit Yoga 4 Change, a non-profit that works with veterans, incarcerated individuals, youth and those who suffer from substance abuse. Bids are made at the site with winners announced at the end of the night.

The music festival is held in Hemming Park. Food trucks, wine and beer, the Urban Arts Live Market and various street acts provide entertainment every Friday night.

Radio sponsors 93.3 The Beat, V101.5 and KISS 97.9 will be on site each night.
