Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live in Carrie Bradshaw's apartment and stare into the streets of Manhattan hoping to one day find love and buy labels?
Now, you can! Well, if you can find $9.65 million in spare change between the couch cushions, that is.
The townhouse, which is located at 64 Perry St., was used as the backdrop of the Sex and the City writer's apartment. The West Village home boasts four floors, six fireplaces and 10 rooms.
The brownstone went back on the market Saturday. A rep for Sotheby's confirmed that showings began Tuesday.
New owners bought it in November for $9 million, but now they are hoping to flip it after they have done extensive repairs. The house was built in 1866.
The new owners will hopefully be tourist-friendly. Even today, eight years after the series ended, people live vicariously and swing by the location to take their pictures in front of Carrie Bradshaw's iconic apartment.
