Former TV talk show host Ricki Lake says she feels comfortable in her trim body and shares some weight loss advice!

"I can’t believe I was a fat person for most of my life," Lake, 40, recently told People magazine at a benefit for the New Space for Women's Health, a New York City birthing center slated to open in 2010.
