Prosecutors are still determining whether to file charges against Richard and Mayumi Heene, the parents who are accused of falsely reporting that their son was stuck in a flying experimental balloon, the Associated Press reports.
The Heene parents may face charges after their six-year-old son Falcon was thought to be inside a Mylar aircraft, but was later found in the family's garage. A Larimer County sheriff said earlier this month that law enforcement believes that the "Balloon Boy" incident was a hoax.
