Linda Weeks makes Orange Marmalade

Seedless navel oranges work best for marmalade

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – On Sunday's Weekend Works, Linda Weeks shares an easy and delicious recipe for Orange Marmalade. It can be used on croissants or any type of bread you'd like.

Easy Orange Marmalade

Makes 1 cup

INGREDIENTS:

1 Orange (Navel Oranges are Seedless so they are a good choice)
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Water

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Wash orange and cut off ends
2. Cut into small pieces and put in food processor. Spin until rind is in small pieces
3. Put processed Orange into sauce pans. Add sugar, water and stir.
4. Bring to gentle boil, boil for 15 minutes stirring frequently.
Let cool then put marmalade in a canning jar or air tight container.

You can store your delicious marmalade in the refrigerator for a week.
