Linda Week's recipe for tropical cole slaw that is perfect for every summer BBQ or pool party.
Tropical Cole Slaw
Ingredients:
1 small cabbage - shredded
1 small carrot - shredded
1 eight ounce can of crushed pineapple
1/4 cup dried mango - cut into small pieces
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1/3-1/2 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except the mayonnaise. Chiil. Stir in mayonnaise just before serving. The cole slaw goes great as a side with grilled pork or chicken.
