Dr. Carmella Sebastian, “Dr. Carm,” was born and raised in Pittston, Penn., and received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She earned her master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from King’s College in Pennsylvania. She is board certified in internal medicine and was in active clinical practice before joining Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Northeastern Pennsylvania, where she was vice president of medical affairs and chief medical officer.

 

For Mayo Clinic:

Dr. Michael S. Levy is a vascular cardiologist at Mayo Clinic who specializes in all aspects of heart health, including minimally invasive interventional procedures. He has been a speaker on behalf of the American Heart Association and is engaged in a variety of research. He received his medical degree from Queen’s University Faculty of Health Sciences in Kingston, Ontario, and completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC. He also completed two Fellowships at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. This was followed by a peripheral and structural heart disease interventional fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, along with an additional fellowship in interventional cardiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School.
