Q: What insurance plans do you accept?
A: We take most Insurance plans with the exception of Medicaid.

Q: What are your hours? Are you open on the weekends or evenings?
A: Our hours vary from location to location. Many locations are open for your convenience.

Q: What do I need to bring with me for an office visit?
A: You'll need your insurance card, photo ID, previous medical records (if applicable), current medications and your co-pay amount.

Q: How soon can I be seen for a visit?
A: Urgent Care & sick visits are seen on the same day. Wellness visits are typically scheduled with in 24-72 hours.

Q: How early should I arrive for my appointment?
A: New patients should arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appoint- ment time. Established patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. (We ask this due to any unforeseen concerns with your insur- ance or paperwork)
