Turkey ‘Pot Pie’ (serves 4-6)
2# leftover turkey, white and dark
2 cups mixed vegetables
2 cups turkey gravy
1 pkg buttermilk biscuits (or better, homemade)
-Cut the turkey into bite size pieces and heat in a saucepan with the gravy and vegetables. Transfer to a deep 9” baking pan and top with the raw biscuit dough. Bake in 350 degree oven until the biscuits are golden brown.
