1 tbsp Garlic
2 Chicken breasts, sliced thin for stir fry
1 tsp Ginger
2 tsp Dried chiles, crushed
2 Tbsp Fresh Lime juice
2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Red onion, sliced
2 Green onions, cut into 2 inch pieces
½ cup Peanuts
4 sprigs thai basil or fresh herbs of choice
lettuce, iceberg or bibb for wrapping
Prepare all ingredients. Heat wok to medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken and ginger, and sauté until almost done. Add remaining ingredients. Stir until heated. Add green onions, peanuts, and basil.
Plate and Serve with lettuce.
