Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 Lbs. Cook,ed Chicken

3 Cups Cream Cheese

2 Cups Shredded Cheddar

1 Cup Franks Hot Sauce

1 Cup Ranch Dressing

1 Tsp. Salt

1 Tsp. Granulated Garlic

1 Tsp Pepper

1 Tsp Onion Powder

Let Cream Cheese soften add Hot Sauce, Ranch Dressing. Salt, Garlic, Pepper, Onion Powder. Mix until smooth. Pull cooked Chicken into small pieces. Add to mixture with Cheese. Place in Casserole dish and Bake for approximately 45 minutes – 1 hr. until Golden Brown. Served with Pita Chips.

Mojo Pulled Pork Sliders

8 – 10 pork Butt

1 Large Onion

Mojo Marinade

Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder

Season pork with Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder. Sear in Skillet until Brown on all sides. Place Pork and Sliced Onion in Crock Pot and add mojo marinade until ¾ covered. Let cook approximately 6 – 8 hours or until tender. Pull Pork and serve with slider buns.

Fresh Basil Leaves

Skewer cubed Salami, Grape Tomato, Basil, Black Olive, Fresh Mozzarella. Drizzle with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinaigrette.
