A storm cell moving off the ocean at midday created at least two waterspouts visible along St. Johns County beaches.

At 12:25 p.m. National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm centered 2 miles northeast of Vilano Beach moving southwest at 5 mph.
