Pickup truck hit pedestrian, keeps going

A witness jumped into action when he saw a pickup truck hit a pedestrian Wednesday night. He followed the driver and held the suspect at gunpoint until police could arrive.

State troopers said 26-year-old Tracy Isbell, of Covington, Ga., was driving a white pickup truck and hit 30-year-old Joseph Bastian, of Jacksonville, at the intersection of Southside and Atlantic boulevards just before 8 p.m.
