A theft ring striking all over Northeast Florida is stealing your money and using disguises to assume your identity.  Investigators reveal how they are targeting victims and getting money out of their bank accounts.

Detectives say thieves are targeting women who look like people within their theft ring.  They watch for women who leave their purses in their vehicles.   Police say because the thieves and the victims look similar, the criminals use the victims IDs to steal from their bank accounts.
