3 There's a proposal circulating in city hall right now, to spend more than one MILLION dollars to make Hemming Plaza more appealing year-round. The park is right on the doorsteps of City Hall. For years it's been an eye sore and has struggled with its homeless population. Now, several groups are teaming up to spend BIG BUCKS to change all of that.
