Deputies said Garrison was traveling with three of her children, ages 4, 6 and 7, in a 2003 Kia Optima with a Georgia license plate. A fourth child was found dead in Albany, officials said.

Dougherty County District Attorney Greg Edwards said the 2-year-old girl found at Garrison's Albany home had been dead for at least two days before her body was found. Investigators said the girl was Garrison's daughter.

Deputies found the Kia on Wednesday night near Garrison's family's home in the 3200 block of Northeast 47th Terrace in Ocala, the Sheriff's Office said.

Deputies discovered three missing children and two of Garrison's family members inside the car, but Garrison was not there, deputies said. The children were unharmed and in good health.

During the investigation, Garrison walked up to the home and turned herself in to deputies without incident, officials said.

Garrison was arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail on a warrant issued in Georgia.

Deputies said the Florida Department of Children and Families took custody of Garrison's children.
