J.U. Student Accused Of Possessing Child Porn
21-Year-Old Illinois Man Charged

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A federal grand jury has indicted Christopher Andrew Piasecki, 20, of Illinois, for possessing images on his computer of children engaging in sexually explicit conduct in February 2007 while he was a student at Jacksonville University.
Piasecki is charged with possession of materials containing visual depictions of child pornography that were transported in interstate and foreign commerce.
If convicted, Piasecki faces a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and up to three years probation.
The case was investigated by the Child Predator CyberCrime Unit of the State of Florida Attorney General's Office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
