JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A 52-year-old woman died after a collision in east Arlington just after midnight Monday.According to traffic homicide investigators, Duong Thi To was a passenger in a car westbound on McCormick Road that turned left onto Kernan Boulevard into the path of another car.Police said To was pronounced dead at the scene and a passenger of the other car was hospitalized. The names of the other victim and the drivers were not released.The collision is still being investigated and charges may be filed.
