Holyfield's SUV had four minor passengers inside, ages 6, 14, 14 and 15, according to the report. No one in the SUV was injured.

Troopers said the Tahoe was stopped east at a red light on Filmore Street at Blanding Boulevard in Clay County about 7:22 a.m. Dudley was walking next to his bicycle crossing on a walk signal in front of the Tahoe and Holyfield failed to notice him as she attempted to turn onto Blanding, troopers said.

The front of the SUV hit the bicycle and the impact knocked Dudley to the ground.

Holyfield was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian.
