JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The public is asked to help find a child who has been missing since last week.According to authorities, 14-year-old Dakota Morales is a foster child who is now considered a runaway.Anyone with information on Dakota's whereabouts to call the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500.
