Police: Man Admits To Sex With 12-Year-Old

JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- A 21-year-old man sharing a tent in the woods with a 12-year-old girl reported missing more than a week ago was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious battery, according to the Jacksonville Beach police.Officers said they found Daniel Rollins and the girl lying naked in the tent on Monday morning. The girl had been missing from her Jacksonville home since April 24.According to police, Rollins admitted to having sex with the girl at least three times and knowing that she was 12.Investigators do not believe that the victim was held against her will or kidnapped.Rollins was being held without bond in the Duval County Jail.
