Man Accused Of Touching, Photographing Girl

A 38-year-old St. Johns County man was arrested Thursday evening on two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation and one count of lewd and lascivious exhibition.St. Johns County Sheriff's Office detectives arrested Jason Scott Belcher at his home less than a week after getting a report from the mother about inappropriate behavior with her daughter.Belcher is accused of touching the victim inappropriately on several occasions and allegedly took photos of her while she was sleeping and put them on his computer.Detectives seized the suspect's computer, which will be forensically examined to determine if any additional charges will be filed.Belcher was booked into the St. Johns County Jail and held on $15,000 bond.
