Lay's Truck Hit In St. Johns

Man Rushed To Hospital

A 61-year-old man was rushed to the hospital following an early morning crash with a Lay's potato chip delivery truck.

The crash occured on State Road 16 in St. Johns County. The man was making a left-hand turn onto 4th street when he collided with the front of the Lay's truck, which was heading westbound.

The Lay's truck was knocked onto the shoulder. The crash was so violent that the Lay's truck's front tires were knocked off.

All lanes of State Road 16 are currently open.

It is not yet known who was at fault, and charges are pending.
