JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jacksonville police shot a man to whom they attempted to serve an arrest warrant Wednesday afternoon.The police-involved shooting took place in Northwest Jacksonville in the 1200 block of Hart Street.According to authorities, officers were in the area to serve an arrest warrant on a man, but the suspect fled. Officers gave chase, and one officer fired multiple times, striking the man.Channel 4 learned the injured man was taken to Shands-Jacksonville Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries.The officer involved in the shooting was not hurt.
