Police Say Domestic Dispute Led To Gunfire

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Westside woman accused of fatally shooting her husband was arrested, Jacksonville police announced Wednesday afternoon.Julie Vanduesen is charged with murder. Police said she has admitted to shooting her husband, Jerry Vandeusen, once in the chest after the two of them got into an argument.Homicide investigators were called to the couple's home in the 8400 block of Malaga Avenue Tuesday evening.They found Vanduesen's husband wounded. Paramedics rushed the victim to an area hospital where he died.Police were not able to release details about the couple's argument, but they said the couple was having marital problems.
