Redneck Pepper Breakfast Casserole

Cut sausage in chunks, cook in frying pan Slice onion, green pepper, yellow pepper add to sausage Quarter red potatoes and add to mixture Sprinkle some redneck pepper and Italian seasoning into mixture Transfer mixture to 9x13 baking dish (add some olive oil in bottom of dish first) Bake in oven @375 until potatoes are tender Enjoy!

Redneck Pepper Sweet & Spicy Sausage

1 package of Redneck Pepper sausage 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup water

Remove the outer casing of the sausage Cut the sausage into small round pieces Put in medium sauce pan under medium heat Brown the sausage on both sides (this takes 3-5 minutes) Mix brown sugar and water slowly in sauce pan until brown sugar begins to caramelize Remove from heat for 2-3 minutes and serve

Keller's Redneck Eggwich

Cook one fresh, large egg over easy or over medium. When you flip the egg over, sprinkle a liberal amount of redneck pepper on the egg, then melt a slice of pepper jack cheese on the egg. Put the egg inside a buttered, toasted English muffin and serve sandwich-style.

For more excitement, in addition to the Eggwich, make a side of grits and stir in a teaspoon of red neck pepper!
