JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville mother was recently arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs with her daughter in the back seat.According to police, Janie Tillman was found passed out behind the wheel in the middle of an intersection in St. Nicholas.Tillman's 3-year-old daughter was asleep in her car seat, police said.Doctors at Baptist Hospital said Tillman had overdosed.Tillman is facing a felony charge because police said she has been arrested on DUI charges three other times.Tillman's daughter was OK.
