The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office arrested a Duval County man in connection with his wife's death from 2007.Oscar Hernandez, 67, of Jacksonville, was arrested late Monday afternoon following a 19-month investigation into his wife's death.The body of Maria Martinez, 51, was found on State Road 13 by two employees of the Department of Environmental Protection on November 5, 2007. Hernandez reported her missing the day before the body was found.Hernandez was brought in for questioning on Monday and was booked into the St. Johns County Jail that afternoon. He is charged with second-degree murder.
