Person Flown To Shands After Incident

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- One person was flown to the hospital Saturday morning with serious injuries after being caught between a semi and a trailer, according to St. Johns County Fire Rescue.The incident happened a little before noon on Saturday on Stratton Boulevard off US 1 North by the St. Augustine airport.The person was flown to Shands-Jacksonville Medical Center with serious injuries, according to Jeremy Robshaw with Fire Rescue.The incident is under investigation.
